Knäck

2 decilitres sugar.
2 decilitres light syrup.
2 decilitres whipped cream.
1 tablespoon margarine or butter.
3 tablespoons of sweet almond.

Do like this:
1.Mix sugar, syrup and whipped cream in a saucepan. Boil in high temperature in 15-20 minutes.
2. Pour some of the hot mixture in a cup with cold water in. If you can do the mixture to a ball it’s ready.
3. Put the boil at the side and add margarine and almond.
4. Pour the mixture in small forms.
