Beef in applesauce

4 portions 600 g beef 1-teaspoon salt 1-teaspoon pepper 1-teaspoon thyme Sauce 1 yellow onion 2 apples 2 slices of bacon butter 2½ dl appel cider or apple juice 1 meat broth 1-teaspoon soy 2 dl cream fraiche Switch on the oven on 150 grades. Brown the meet some minutes on each side in butter in a pan. Spice with salt, pepper and thyme. Put the meet in the oven in 10-12 minutes. Scale and slice the onion thin. Seed out and slice the apple in clefts. Pick the bacon. Fry the onion and bacon in butter in a pan. Add the apple clefts. Add the apple cider, the meat broth, and soy and cream fraiche. Tune it boil 5 minutes. Take out the meet and slice it in slices. Serve it with potatoes and sauce.
