Jönköping University in Sweden are running a staff training workshop in the use of Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro and would like to invite colleagues from around Sweden and around the world to join in!
The workshop takes place on 1st March, 2010 from 1.00 pm to 3.30 pm CET (Central European Time, or GMT/UST + 1 hour), and will follow this schedule:
1.00 pm - 1.40 pm: Presentation of Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro and how it has been used in practice by David Richardson, Linnaeus University (Kalmar and Växjö, Sweden)
1.45 pm - 2.10 pm: Presentation of how Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro has been used to teach French by Dr Ylva Lindberg, Jönköping University (Dr Lindberg is based in Paris)
2.15 pm - 2.45 pm: Off-line discussion in Jönköping combined with coffee break (on-line participants are welcome to place their questions directly to David Richardson on-line)
2.45 pm - 3.15 pm: Round-Table Discussion on the use of Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro in higher education in Sweden, with participation from David Richardson, Ylva Lindberg, Madelene Zetterlind and teachers at Jönköping University.
3.30 End of on-line workshop. Participants on-site in Jönköping will continue the workshop off-line until 4.00 pm.
The workshop will be conducted in English (although it is possible to ask questions in Swedish too).
