The sun and the wind are  clean energy resources.

Solar power and wind power are good sources of electricity. We can get electricity from
solar power when it is sunny and from the wind power when it is windy, and there will be no emissions. ;)

Think of what can happen with other power plants.

Hydropower: Hydropower destroys the environment and prevents animals and plants from living there.

Fossil fuels: if we use too much fossil fuel it uses up all the oil, and think about how horrible it would be if you were in a hurry to an important meeting but could not get away because there was no petrol for the car. The oil is also very bad because of the greenhouse effect.. Carbon dioxide will be added to the athmosphere.

Nuclear power: several nuclear plants have failed. Poor people who lived near them. :(
The air becomes contaminated and the ground is poisoned so that nothing will grow there.

You can probably imagine a world like this :-(

So they are better for society: solar power and wind power!!!! :D
