Butterflies in my stomach

You may have butterflies, I have really big bats. Not cute ones either. I always get them in there when we're having a report (couldn't fins a better word for it) like for example the Afrikareport. I get a huge stomachache, and I feel like I will faint, or throw up. When i stand there, I can't really look at anyone in particular, I don't want them to see I'm nervous. I talk really fast so that I can go as fast as posible. Even if I don't want to talk fast and such, I do. I think teachers should practice teenagers by placing them in really small groups first, and only put them in big groups when they are feeling ready. Talking to people like that are something that most people feel bad about all life, then why push it so much that teachers do?? When they know that the children are feeling so bad about it??
Standing in front of the class to give a talk is one of the worst things ever existing! I feel like I am going to faint. Everyone is looking at me, what if I'm doing somthing wrong. It's not butterflies in the stomach, it's a bit of iron in my chest... Butterflies is when you are on a big competition and it's your turn to show what you can do. That is a good nerousity. You get sharped in your head. In school it's only when I stand in front of the class I get this nervous.
I hate to talk a front many people like our class. I be red in my face and sometimes I say wrong word and when I do that be I more red in my face. The wurst thing that who can happend is that I lost myself in my paipers or evry one in my class start laughing. When I must answer to some questions and I don't know the answer.
