My name is Latasia I am 10 years old and go to Sussex Avenue. I am really looking forward to you being my pen pal. At my school we do math, science, language arts, and social studies. What subjects do you study? In Newark we have 82 schools. How many do you have? In Newark we like to play sports such as Basketball, Volleyball, Baseball, tennis and many more. We celebrate a lot of holidays in Newark. We celebrate holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, and a lot more. Which ones do you celebrate? Where I live it is so unpredictable .You never know what’s going to happen next. Do you have any pets? I used to have a dog named Precious but unfortunately she died. Do you have things you like to do fun? I do. I like to sing, dance; watch a channel named B.E.T where they show music videos. Have you ever been to someone famous concert? I’ve never been to a concert before. Hey I’ll teach you more English if you teach me more Swedish. Guess what! I am going to be a cheerleader. I have to meet with the squad this afternoon at 4:00.Which languages are you learning to speak? If it is English I can really help you out with that. I can speak English very well, a little bit of Spanish, and when it comes to French I only know one word which is Wee-Wee which means yes.
