Hallo Shirley!

Ann-Christin Johansson 2006-03-16

We are looking forward to hosting your wildcat here. I am going to introduce the wildcat and the project in details tomorrow. You see we are right now in the middle of an Australian theme but we promise to take good care of Socks in all cases.

May I check that we have understood everything right?

1. Tomorrow I am going to inform the other teachers in grade 7.

2. Hopefully will our students receive letters from yours next week.

3. We will let you know when Socks has arrived to our school via ePALS and Torsåsnytt.

4. Our students will then send their personal letters to yours. But these letters won’t be very long because we will publish all information about Sweden in our magazine where you can pick it up.

5. We are going to take pictures on Socks in different environments both outdoors and inside school. You will be able to view all these photos in Torsåsnytt.

6. We are also going to make a record of the temperature here in Sweden that you also can see in our magazine.

7. Before Easter holiday it will be time to send Socks forward to the next school. What do we enclose in the package besides Socks? Our presentation of Sweden? Some photos from here?

Finally, when is the last day to pass him forward to the next school? I mean how many school is he supposed to visit before summer vacation?
Will it be possible for us to follow his journey? We really hope so.

Best wishes from us in Sweden
Ann-Christin
