Saffron buns

Ingredients:

300 g butter.
1 liter Milk.
100 g yeast
2 ½ dl sugar.
2 eggs.
3 small bags of saffron.
3.1 liter flour.

Do like this:

Melt the butter, pour the milk and warm it up to lukewarm. Mix the yeast, sugar, eggs and the saffron into the dough. Add the flour, a little by little. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
Put the oven on 250 degrees. Cut the dough into 4 pieces and then cut the pieces into smaller pieces. Roll them out to finger lengths and make a knot of each one. Let the buns rise for 30 minutes. Bake them in the oven for 5 minutes. Take out the buns et them cool under a baking cloth.
