Think of Kenya. Safaris and beach holidays probably come to mind. Look a bit closer and you´ll find a different world!

Last year Johanna Wallander (a former student at Torskolan) visited Kenya, the north-western part and worked at a school with orphan children for three months.
The Swedish/English class in Torskolan grade 8 invited Johanna to school to tell about the everyday life in Kenya and her experiences and impressions. It was very interesting and we learned lots of new things.
