INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS DAY WRITING CONTEST.
Human Rights Day 2006 (December 10) will focus on fighting poverty as a matter of obligation, not of charity.
Entries should be one page only (maximum 800 words). Writers must be
between the ages of 8 and 18.
