Why the bread dough rise?
Because when we put YEAST in the dough little bubbles of air are made.

* We put 3/4 kg of flour In a bowl.
* 1/2 tablespoon of salt
* We add 30gr of yeast to half a litre of water

* and pour in the flour
* stir and mix together well

* The dough is ready. Knead, knead ...

Umm… They look delicious :)
Ready to eat. Yummy, yummy!
